Today we left Drummond in the rain and made our way to Butte, MT. On the way, we saw a bunch of white tailed deer and breathtaking views of the Rockies. Toward the middle of the ride we got hit with an awful headwind, so that slowed our pace a little bit. Both Ezra and Julianna recieved a flat on the same road. The roads weren’t in the best condition and there was numerous particles of misc. objects on the shoulders.
We arrived in Butte around midday and went to the Y to take showers. Ezra wanted to go to one of the local bike shops but unfortunately it was closed for the day. We then headed back to the church to get ready for dinner. We devoured a delicious pot of chilli and cornbread. For dessert, we had brownies! Everything tasted so good! We are now chilling out and getting ready for bed. Also… we may have a guest rider tomorrow!
